In 1993, Susan Cravey and Enid Miranda met and decided to establish a new real estate brokerage focused solely on Rincón, Puerto Rico real estate. That firm --Island West Properties – answered the area’s growing need for professional realty services. Over the years we have grown into the largest full service real estate brokerage in Rincón. Enid has retired and Susan has stepped back from owning the busiiness and James Westfall of Isla Vida Real Estate is now the owner of Island West, our friendly bilingual sales staff consists of four real estate professionals with over 60 years experience, both here and in the United States.

James Westfall moved to Rincon from California in 2009. Affter having worked in Real estate in California for Keller Williams, he spent most of his time after moving to Rincon with property management and website design, creating two companies, 413 Geek and Isla Vida Real Estate. He and his wife founded Defensa Animal de Rincon, an animal recue group and he also works closely with the Tourism Association of Rincon and Surfrider Rincon.

Susan Cravey has over 30 years of experience in the real estate business. She worked in Amelia Island, FL with Coldwell Banker for eight years prior to moving to Rincon, PR in 1990. She, with her partner, Enid Miranda (who has since retired) opened Island West Properties in 1993 and has built it into the largest, full service real estate brokerage in Rincon. Three of her children moved here and opened their own successful business. Her grandchildren were raised here, both graduated from UCONN with Engineering degrees and are employed in their fields in Ft Lauderdale, FL. All in all, it is a very good life!

Kristin Denice - Broker/Agent
Kristin Denice was born and raised in the Ocean State of Rhode Island.  She fell in love with sunny Puerto Rico back in 2005 and after several years visiting, she moved to Rincon seasonally in 2012. In Rhode Island, she worked as a loan originator for 7 years, has her Rhode Island real estate license, managed rentals and also started and successfully ran her own B&B for 5 summers in the heart of Narragansett Pier Beach, including all the baking and decorating! She's also been serving in restaurants, events & weddings for several years. She has now made Rincon her home and looks forward to using her creative eye, personal touch & attention to detail to help her clients achieve their goals & dreams in this special town.
